I had family in town so we went to the zoo and I took tons of shots. I don’t need to go into detail as I’ve posted about the zoo several times on here. Here are a few for your entertainment.
I have never seen the tiger on the monorail in the pond before.
Why are all of these people staring at me?
Bats on the ceiling.
Zebras chowing down on their lawn.
The curious ostrich.
Yup, there go the noisy children again.
I’m hungry.
This is a good log.
Fear me as I flap my wings at you!
Rhino close-up.
The zoo now has Komodo Dragons. This is not a full grown one.
How many lemurs do you see in this shot?
Baby meal time.
Baby sea lion peeking behind the rock.
This is my sexy pose.
Even the babies get loud at the gawkers.
Do I want to go in here?
Maybe I’ll drink some.
This tastes terrible.
Lazy tiger.
Napping polar bear with the leg raised in comfort.
So NONE of you brought me food?
Touchdown for nectar!
This is my house. Go away!
Shelter from the sun.
Spread them out for the ladies!
I am the noble animal of the forest and I shall stand here and keep watch over your car below me.
Next week: A night at Yankee Stadium.
