These are some more images in my b&w series. Cloudy days make them extra fun, especially when the sun doesn’t wash them out.
Bryant Park fountain at night in the middle of winter (note the Christmas Tree).
Tree shadows across the trail. Are we witch-hunting?
Belvedere Castle – the sun washed out half the sky for an odd effect.
Shadows in the church.
The ceiling in the cathedral. Taking out the color makes you focus on the detail.
The south pond. Reflections in the early morning and a bit of a haze effect.
Sun in the gazebo creates some fun shadow play.
Clouds make this a spooky image.
That is a lot of cables.
Next week: We will take a break from this theme and take a look at premature/overly late Spring in Central Park.
