As is usually the case of auditions, I spent time afterwards walking around the area and took some people pics among other things. Here’s a few of the highlights.
Yes, I’m standing in the middle of the street. It’s a red light. What?
Lots of the same windows and air conditioning units.
That’s an interesting doorway.
Inside Gramercy Park – a private park so I couldn’t go walking in it – which doesn’t matter as they don’t allow photography in the park anyway.
Fun with color selection.
This squirrel thinks it’s a person.
They were rehearsing. It looked like West Side Story at times.
Here come the guys.
There’s some timing.
This guy was really strong.
Fire escapes for all.
An interesting window pattern.
An urban summer taste.
Someone still had their Christmas tree!?
Music in Washington Square Park.
Works in high contrast b&w as well.
Making it look like a faded old photo.
That’s one way to wash your head.
Violin music in the shade.
The pigeon man is out.
He helps you hold pigeons.
A very large dog enjoying the park.
Next week: I’m out of town, so we’ll skip a weekend and when I come back – some highlights from a short walk in Chelsea.
