In September 2015, the 7 line was extended to reach 34th st at Hudson Yards. I have yet to set foot inside the terminal as I have no need of this stop with my usual commutes, but friends have gone in and taken shots. I took advantage of an earlier walk by to map out what shots I wanted to get as the sun set over the Hudson River. At the present time, the south entrance is the only entrance open to the public, while the north entrance is still under construction.
The dome of the entrance.
The park surrounding the northern entrance.
Lots of bench seating for people when it gets warmer out.
A prime lunch spot, especially with the Javits Center a block away.
More seating and quiet walkways.
A seating area that references the Highline.
Looking through the park towards the south entrance.
The bench seats and water fountain.
Looking north through the park.
The sun sets through the south entrance.

Hudson Yards subway station.
The Javits stands in the background.
The tall buildings are all quite far away to the north for now.
An elevator entrance for the handicap.
The sun creates nice shadows in the park.
The elevator and entrance dome.
Looking down into the station.
The sun sets.
Next week: I got a chance to get some shots of Times Square at 4 am – when there are almost no people or cars in it.
